Opengift Group LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have designated a compliance channel to process notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Zero-Knowledge logistical notice

As Opengift Group LLC operates an End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) framework, our server administrators can only store encrypted data blobs and cannot view, preview or manually scan user-uploaded files. We do not have the technical ability to review copyrighted material unless you provide the unique gift URL and corresponding Security PIN to allow local browser-side decryption.

2. How to submit a takedown request

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and uploaded to our platform without authorization, send a formal DMCA notice to our legal department at legal@opengift.llc containing:
