Refund Policy

At OpenGift, operated by Opengift Group LLC, we deliver instant interactive digital gift architectures. Due to the personalized, bespoke and cryptographically provisioned nature of our software services, we maintain a strict financial policy.

1. Strict no-refund policy

As Opengift Group LLC operates a decentralized Zero-Knowledge cryptographic architecture, all sales processed at https://www.opengift.ai are strictly final and non-refundable.

Permanent service delivery: Once your interactive gift experience is generated, encryption keys are derived locally on your device and the encrypted gift is provisioned to its unique URL instantly. Our servers cannot view, revoke, alter or delete your content once cryptographic delivery is confirmed.
Irreversible infrastructure consumption: The generation of personalized 3D world maps, virtual museum rendering blocks and secure cryptographic storage tokens occurs instantly upon payment confirmation through Stripe. These cloud infrastructure resources are permanently consumed at the moment of payment.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this non-refundable framework under Wyoming digital asset regulations.

2. Exception for verifiable technical anomalies

We strive for absolute software perfection. If you experience a catastrophic application error or system-level delivery failure that permanently prevents you or your recipient from accessing the experience, you may open an inspection case:

Submission deadline: You must email our accounting department at finance@opengift.llc within 14 days of the transaction date.
Requirements: Provide your transaction ID, browser configuration details and the specific gift ID parameters so our database team can review the incident.
Resolution: If a technical anomaly on our servers is verified, Opengift Group LLC will issue a full purchase credit or payment reversal at its discretion.

3. Subscriptions and cancellations

If you enroll in premium plans or automation features, you may cancel billing at any time from your control panel. Cancellations will stop the next billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused periods within an already-charged cycle.

4. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content where execution has already begun with your prior express consent, which is confirmed at the moment of payment.
